Receptionist (M/F)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your daily mission ... Reporting to your Service Director, your mission is to welcome customers, perform operations related to their arrival and departure, and respond to various customer requests, thus ensuring the smooth running of their stay within the Appart'City. You will work during the day, on morning shifts or evening shifts, and may be required to occasionally replace the Night Receptionist during their absences (rest days, leave...). You will have the following responsibilities:

• Welcome customers at the reception desk and over the phone,
• Inform them about the formalities related to their stay and the services offered,
• Manage arrivals and departures,
• Handle payments and invoicing,
• Apply the pricing policy - instructions and procedures of the "reception" check-list,
• Coordinate reception activity with housekeeping,
• Update the apartment schedule,
• Apply the working procedures and directives defined by the group.

All this while embodying and conveying the values of our group to our employees and our customers.
