Your tasks

To prepare the dining hall before service and keep it clean, organized, and fresh, in addition to the original task of serving the clients.

• Assist in the restaurant cleaning in the morning.
• Clean all service utensils before each service.
• Help the captain waiter in the restaurant setup.
• Keep his/her appearance clean and maintain a high hygiene level.
• Help the captain waiter in mise en place preparation.
• Transport food from the kitchen to the dining hall.
• Assist the captain waiter in putting the food plates on clients' tables.
• Change ashtrays and fill glasses with water during service.
• Clear the table after the meal is done and clean it.
• Transport all dirty plates and glasses to the dishwashing area.
• Work under the guidance of the captain waiter and follow his/her instructions.
