Bilingual Sales and Customer Service Representative - Remote

Join our growing team! We are looking for a Bilingual Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. If you are energetic, results-driven, and enjoy helping customers while achieving sales goals, we'd love to hear from you.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00 AM – 6:00 PM (California Time)

Remote Position Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Professional communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Clear and professional phone voice with minimal accent.
• Experience with cold calling and outbound sales.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Collections experience is a plus.
