Senior Architecture Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architectural Coordinator to oversee architectural coordination and ensure smooth integration of architectural works with structural, M&E, BIM and other project disciplines. The successful candidate will work closely with consultants, subcontractors and project teams to ensure architectural works are delivered according to approved drawings, specifications, programme, quality and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage architectural works from design development through construction and completion.
• Review and coordinate architectural drawings, shop drawings, material submissions and samples .
• Coordinate architectural details with Structural, M&E, BIM and other trades to identify and resolve design/interface issues.
• Liaise with architects, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers on technical and coordination matters.
• Monitor architectural works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards .
• Attend site meetings, coordination meetings and technical discussions as required.
• Identify design discrepancies, clashes and constructability issues and coordinate timely resolution.
• Follow up on RFI, technical submissions, drawing approvals and material submissions .
• Monitor subcontractors' progress and workmanship for architectural works.
• Assist the Project Manager / Senior Project Manager in managing architectural-related programme, quality and coordination issues.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, defect rectification and architectural handover requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of drawings, submissions, approvals and site instructions.
