M&E Supervisor (Mechanical & Electrical Supervisor)

Your tasks

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works at construction sites to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and other site personnel on M&E-related matters.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, quality, and compliance with safety requirements.
• Ensure all M&E installations comply with relevant Singapore regulations, codes of practice, and project requirements.
• Identify and resolve site issues, technical problems, and coordination conflicts.
• Monitor subcontractors' work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating M&E installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Attend site coordination meetings and provide updates on M&E work progress.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in the Singapore construction industry.
• Experience in supervising M&E works for building construction projects.
• Familiar with Singapore construction standards, safety regulations, and site procedures.
• Able to read and interpret M&E drawings, technical specifications, and construction plans.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple subcontractors.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
• Candidates with experience in HDB projects will have an added advantage.
