About the Role
Our client, a choice property development company committed to providing quality, accessible, and secure gated community homes, is seeking a creative and results-oriented Digital Marketer to lead online marketing initiatives.
The role involves developing and implementing effective digital strategies to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and search engine marketing Create engaging content for digital platforms, including website, blog, and social media posts Optimize website content and user experience to improve search engine visibility and drive organic traffic Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices Test and optimize marketing tactics to improve performance and ROI Prepare reports and presentations to communicate campaign results and insights
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and manage projects in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and analytics tools Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Self-motivated with a passion for learning and professional development
