What you will do with us:

• Independent execution of technical site management for assigned real estate - including supplier evaluation, complaint management, and control of external companies
• Planning, coordination, and control of measures at the site as well as requesting, monitoring, controlling, and accepting services rendered
• Information and advice for business partners as well as attending coordination meetings, appointments, and training sessions - also at other locations
• Quality assurance of technical site master data and creation of customer and supplier reports (e.g., cost control, energy consumption) including environmental and energy management
• Conducting requests for quotations, tenders, and creation of price comparisons as a basis for decisions and awards
• Readiness to participate in the on-call service (usually 3-4 times per year for one week each)

What we want from you:

• Completed university degree (Fachhochschule) or specialized vocational training (e.g., Immobilienkaufmann/-frau) with several years of relevant professional experience
• Alternatively: Qualification as a Meister or Techniker, preferably in the field of heating, ventilation, and sanitary (HLS)
• Sound knowledge and practical experience in Facility Management and real estate management
• Confident handling of SAP R/3 as well as standard MS-Office software
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Driving license class B
