APIMO is launching its own training organization and is looking for its future Training Coordinator!
Participate in the creation of an ambitious project at the heart of Tech.
For over 20 years, APIMO has been developing innovative digital solutions that support the largest real estate agencies in France and internationally. Today, we are opening a new chapter in our development with the creation of our own training organization. To build this new activity, we are looking for our future Training Coordinator, the true conductor of the learner experience and guarantor of our training quality.
You will work in direct connection with our Operations Director and actively participate in the structuring of a strategic project, with real room for initiative. Your mission: You will be a key player in the launch and development of our training organization.
Guarantee quality and compliance (Qualiopi) Prepare quotes, agreements, and training contracts Issue training certificates Manage quality indicators (satisfaction, attendance, completion...) Ensure follow-up of Qualiopi requirements Prepare for audits Structure and improve internal processes
Offer an irreproachable learner experience Manage registrations Administer access to our LMS platform Support learners (email & telephone) Provide first-level technical support Follow up with participants and track their progress Be proactive in improving the user experience
Administer our training platform Integrate and update pedagogical content Configure training paths Monitor learning statistics Coordinate exchanges with trainers Continuously optimize training paths
Participate in the development of our activity Contribute to the launch of new training courses Update presentation pages Participate in emailing campaigns Monitor marketing performance Contribute to our acquisition strategy Develop relationships with our partners
The profile we are looking for You love building, organizing, and moving projects forward. You are recognized for your autonomy, your sense of service, and your rigor. Your skills: Good knowledge of how a training organization operates Mastery of Qualiopi requirements Experience with an LMS platform Comfort with digital tools (CRM, emailing, collaborative tools) Excellent writing skills Good level of English
Experience in the EdTech universe, digital training, or project management will be a real asset. Education: Bac+3 to Bac+5.
