Join us on this transformative journey!In 2023, APG GOV was born, with the mission to transform lives in the Brazilian Public Network - starting from an audacious dream: to apply a management model that supports the pedagogical director and leverages innovation - alongside a deep commitment to individual and collective development.Responsibilities and dutiesDevelop and follow a work plan based on the pedagogical proposal of the Secretaria de Educação do Paraná and the school calendar;Organize and implement learning experiences and situations;Establish and apply assessment methods appropriate to the theoretical references adopted by the Secretaria de Educação do ParanáMeet the demands of the pedagogical direction related to your functions as a teacher;Promote and guide student learning, ensuring the necessary support;Contribute to the integration of the school with families and the community;Correctly fill out documents related to your activities within the established deadlines.Requirements and qualificationsFull teaching degree (licenciatura plena) in the area of interest;Specialization courses and/or master's degrees in the field of education, as well as classroom experience as the lead teacher of the subject, will be a differentiator.Additional informationThe distribution of teaching hours will be made according to Normativa Nº 12/2023, of the SEED/PR. Based on this, the remuneration + flexible benefits will be in accordance with the salaries already practiced by the Secretaria de Educação, depending on the number of weekly classes. For information purposes, the remunerations for specific amounts of teaching hours are provided below (any other combination of weekly teaching hours will be made proportionally):For 10 weekly teaching hours: R$ 1.607,43 + R$ 434,25For 20 weekly teaching hours: R$ 3.214,85 + R$ 868,50For 30 weekly teaching hours: R$ 4.822,28 + R$ 1.302,75For 40 weekly teaching hours: R$ 6.429,70 + R$ 1.737,00Employment regime: CLT
