We are looking for a Live-in Boarding Assistant to accompany our athletes on a daily basis in a unique and stimulating environment. Permanent contract (CDI) to be filled on 01/11/2026 Position based in Tignes (accommodation provided on-site) Your main missions
- Provide daily support to athletes within the boarding house
- Establish strong and trusting relationships with the athletes, offering them advice, comfort, and attention.
- Organize convivial moments: games, sport, cooking, art
- Support young people who are injured or facing personal or emotional difficulties
- Ensure appropriate supervision of athletes in the evening, at night, and during designated duty periods.
- Be available to athletes outside of regular working hours, including evenings and weekends, in accordance with the duty schedule
- Immediately report any issues related to protection or well-being to the House and Well-being Manager or the designated safeguarding officer.
- Accompany young people on camps abroad
Your profile
- Experience in supporting adolescents in highly stressful contexts
- Comfortable with teens, both caring and firm
- Organized, adaptable, and calm in all circumstances
- Good communication skills
- Fluent English is essential
- Experience gained in a boarding school, an academy, or a sporting environment
Conditions
- Full-time CDI (1582h/year, flexible hours)
- Gross salary: starting from 2230 € depending on experience
