MEP Executor (Pre-Opening)

APEX Sports Village is looking for a skilled and meticulous MEP Executor to support the operation, maintenance, and development of our Project. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in handling MEP systems and a strong background in construction, hospitality, commercial, or large-scale development projects.

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Monitor the performance and reliability of building utilities and related equipment.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for installation, repair, and maintenance work.
• Support project execution, fit-out work, and facility development activities.
• Review MEP working drawings, technical specifications, and field implementation to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Ensure all MEP work meets safety regulations, industry standards, and company procedures.
• Prepare maintenance reports, maintenance schedules, and technical documentation.
• Assist in preventive maintenance planning and asset management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum education of Diploma (D4) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MEP maintenance, construction, engineering, or facility management.
• Experience handling large-scale projects, such as hotels, resorts, sports facilities, commercial buildings, mixed-use developments, or similar projects, is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of HVAC, electrical distribution systems, plumbing systems, pumps, generators, and building utilities.
• Able to read and understand MEP working drawings, technical specifications, and as-built drawings.
• Understand preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance practices.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety (K3) standards.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to use AutoCAD is an added value.
• Able to work independently or collaborate with cross-departmental teams.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Residing in Bali and willing to work in Uluwatu.
