Field Service Engineer CNC-machines Mechelen

Our client is a global market leader in the production of CNC metalworking machines. With a full range of vertical and horizontal metalworking machines, CNC milling equipment, and lathes, they are known for their quality and innovation. To expand their team in Belgium, they are looking for a Field Service Engineer.

As a Field Service Engineer, you will have the opportunity to support distributors throughout Europe. You will act as an expert in solving complex problems and ensure that the machines continue to perform optimally.

Specifically, your package of tasks includes:

• You will start with extensive training from an experienced colleague and learn all their machines step by step.
• You will work on improving existing installations.
• In the office, you will provide telephone support to customers and work closely with the team.
• Additionally, you will travel regularly throughout Europe to resolve complex malfunctions on-site and support customers.

Preferably, you have a bachelor/graduaat in elektromechanica or equivalent experience as a field service engineer.

English is a must; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

You are a team player with a flexible mindset and a passion for traveling.
