Warehouse Specialist- Pharmaceutical

Your tasks

• Receive, inspect, and verify in accordance with approved procedures and GMP requirements.
• Manage raw material receiving, Packaging, Finished Product, weighing, storage, and issuance activities.
• Prepare and dispense according to approved material lists and production requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock movements using SAP and warehouse management systems.
• Ensure proper material identification, labeling, and storage in designated warehouse locations.
• Prepare inventory, stock movement, and material issuance reports.
• Coordinate with Production and other relevant departments to ensure timely material availability.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with GMP and warehouse SOPs.
• Participate in periodic and annual physical inventory counts.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Science, Agriculture, or Commerce.
• Experience: +3 years of relevant warehouse experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Technical Skills: Good knowledge of SAP, Oracle, and MS Office.

• Good command of English.
• Strong numerical, inventory management, and documentation skills.
• Good understanding of GMP and pharmaceutical warehouse operations.
