Associate, Customer Service

Principal Duties and Responsibilities Handle customers' phone enquiries and process orders via customer care hotline, email and sales orders.

Ensure important information about special delivery is communicated with the Warehouse Team

Maintain records of all inventory transactions according to the requirements of the organization

Provide admin support such as filing and retrieval of documents when required

Assist in performing annual stock-take

Any other duties assigned by the Client Service Manager and Senior Operations Executive

Requirements NITEC/ O Level/ Relevant Diploma Courses

At least 2 years experience

English literate and Computer literate

Knowledge of SAP system will be advantageous

Experience in customer service and/or call center will be advantageous
