Your tasks

You will represent established brands by engaging customers face-to-face, understanding their needs, presenting solutions, and contributing to client campaign results. You will develop skills in sales, communication, coaching, leadership, and business management, with opportunities to lead teams.

• Engage customers directly to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions to drive sales outcomes.
• Communicate clearly and persuasively to build customer interest and trust in client products or services.
• Develop coaching skills by supporting and guiding newer team members to improve their performance.
• Lead and motivate teams to achieve campaign targets and deliver results across larger client projects.
• Manage business performance by tracking progress and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
• Participate actively in training and coaching sessions to build sales and leadership capabilities.
