PRODUCTION MACHINE OPERATOR

Set up, operate, and monitor food processing and packaging machines Adjust machine settings to meet production specifications and requirements Perform routine checks to ensure machines are functioning properly Inspect products for quality, including weight, appearance, and packaging Ensure compliance with food safety standards such as GMP and HACCP Clean and sanitize machines and work areas before and after production Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major malfunctions Record production data, including output, downtime, and defects Follow production schedules and meet target output levels Adhere to safety policies and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Qualifications/Requirements: At least High School Graduate or Technical/Vocational graduate Experience as a machine operator in food manufacturing is an advantage Basic knowledge of machine operations and maintenance Familiarity with food safety standards (GMP, HACCP) is a plus Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
