Weekend Field Supervisor – Water Restoration

The Weekend Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all weekend water restoration operations, including mitigation jobs, field employees, job assignments, and scheduling. This position will serve as the primary point of contact for weekend field operations, ensuring jobs are properly staffed, dispatched, and completed efficiently.

Primary Responsibilities:

Oversee all Saturday and Sunday jobs, employees, and field operations.

Coordinate scheduling for all upcoming jobs and determine crew assignments based on job needs and availability.

Prepare and distribute a daily morning schedule and field report for both Saturday and Sunday.

Provide leadership, direction, and accountability to field technicians and crews.

Perform crew leader responsibilities and participate in mitigation work on all regularly scheduled weekdays.

Handle incoming sales calls and dispatch opportunities, helping secure new water restoration jobs.

Coordinate with management and other supervisors to ensure smooth transitions and proper coverage.

After-Hours Responsibilities & Sales Incentives:

The Weekend Field Supervisor is expected to participate in the company's after-hours on-call rotation, sharing coverage responsibilities with the other supervisors. This includes responding to after-hours calls, coordinating dispatches, and helping secure new restoration jobs as needed.

Sales incentives will be paid as follows for each job sold:

Normal Business Hours: $50 credit per job sold.

After-Hours Calls: $200 credit per job sold.

After-hours dispatch responsibilities are a required part of this position and will be shared through a rotating schedule among supervisors.

Schedule Expectations:

On Saturdays and Sundays, the employee will function as the Weekend Field Supervisor, overseeing all field operations, scheduling, dispatching, reporting, and sales opportunities. On all other scheduled workdays, the employee will function primarily as a Crew Leader, with mitigation duties included in the role.

The overall expectation is to provide strong leadership, maintain accountability, ensure proper job coordination, and keep weekend and after-hours operations running efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.
