Job Offer – Sales Development Specialist (Bilingual)

Location: Lima - Peru Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (CST)

About the position: We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Development Specialist with solid prospecting skills and a passion for sales. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, qualifying prospects, and coordinating strategic meetings for the sales team. Additionally, you will play a key role in managing and ensuring the quality of information within the CRM.

Main responsibilities:

• Active prospecting: calls, emails, and social media.
• Lead qualification: generating high-quality commercial opportunities.
• Meeting scheduling: connecting prospects with the sales team.
• CRM management: maintaining updated and accurate information.
• Database cleansing: auditing and correcting duplicate or incomplete records.
• Collaboration with Marketing and Sales: optimizing lead generation and conversion processes.
• Goal achievement: exceeding meeting and opportunity targets.

Profile we are looking for:

• 1–3 years of experience in roles such as SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, or similar.
• Experience in outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
• CRM management and database administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Advanced English (oral and written). Effective communication, organization, proactivity, and resilience.
