What you can look forward to:

As an HR Technology Expert (m/f/d), you will take on a central role in the support and further development of our HR system landscape. In doing so, you will manage interfaces, data foundations, and processes, ensure the smooth operation of our HR systems, and actively drive the digital further development of our HR work. The following tasks await you:

• Support and maintenance of the HR system landscape: You are one of the central contact persons for our internal departments, managers, and employees regarding questions about our HR systems, especially P&I LOGA and ATOSS, and support the optimal use of the systems in daily business.

• Analysis and processing of inquiries and incidents: You will independently analyze inquiries and error messages from the departments, develop suitable solutions, and ensure a smooth flow of our HR processes together with the team.

• Further development of HR systems and processes: You will contribute your ideas to the optimization of existing processes and support the introduction of new requirements within the framework of digitalization, automation, and system developments.
• Participation in HR system projects: You will actively participate in projects such as system adjustments, migrations, or the connection of new interfaces and support the successful implementation of technical and functional requirements.

• Data management and quality assurance: You will ensure high data quality, prepare HR data in a structured manner, and support the analysis, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our data and process landscape.

• Compliance and data protection: You will ensure compliance with data protection, compliance, and security requirements within the HR system landscape and manage roles and user rights.

This is your recipe for success:

HR systems are your passion and you know how to combine human resources processes with the right technical solutions. You convince through a structured, independent, and reliable way of working and always maintain an overview, even with diverse interfaces. Furthermore, you bring:

• Completed studies (Bachelor / Master) in economics, business informatics, or a comparable field, preferably with a focus on IT, digitalization, or Human Resources

• Sound knowledge of human resources processes, e.g., payroll accounting, time management, or personnel administration; several years of experience in the payroll environment is an advantage

• Very good user knowledge in P&I LOGA; ideally supplemented by experience with other IT and HR systems and interface solutions, such as SAP SuccessFactors

• Strong service and solution orientation as well as the ability to communicate complex issues in a target-group-oriented and understandable manner

• Initial experience in projects and a good understanding of process interdependencies

• Business fluent English skills
