What you can look forward to:

As Communications Manager (m/f/d), you will design and manage the internal and external communication of the internationally operating corporate group. As a central communication interface for the Executive Board, the shareholder family, and international companies, you will contribute to a consistent positioning of our corporate group. Furthermore, your field of responsibility includes:

• Further development of the group-wide communication strategy within the Group Communications team
• Positioning and communicative support of central group topics such as the added value of contract catering, the versatility of apetito, the internationalization of the group, ERP, or ESG topics
• Development and implementation of strategic communication concepts for change and transformation processes, as well as advising executives and project managers
• Ensuring a consistent group appearance regarding brand, Corporate Identity, values, and corporate culture
• Conception and support of international communication formats and events to promote group-wide cooperation

As Communications Manager (m/f/d), you convince through a high degree of personal responsibility, strategic thinking, and strong implementation skills. With your keen sense for different target groups, strong communication skills, and a structured way of working, you drive topics forward in a targeted manner. You also bring:

• Successfully completed studies with a focus on communication, media management, marketing, or comparable qualifications
• Several years of relevant professional experience in internal and external corporate communication; ideally in an international context
• Very good English skills for working in an international environment as well as a willingness to undertake occasional business trips
• Very confident handling of complex, board-related topics as well as the ability to evaluate, classify, and position them convincingly and appropriately for the target group
• Experience in crisis communication is an advantage
• Openness to the possibilities of digitalization and the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence in communication work
