Head of Project Planning (m/f/d)

What you can look forward to:

You will take over the leadership of the technical project planning department and lead a team of a total of 12 employees. Your area of activity includes, among others, the following tasks:

• Leading a team for the planning and implementation of complex projects in a technical corporate environment
• Sparring partner for finding solutions in all technical areas (e.g., supply technology, automation, production technology)
• Standardization and further development of technical and audit-proof project management
• Monitoring and reporting of all technical investment projects
• Ensuring the highest possible plant availability through the improvement of processes, machines, and systems
• Participation in the master planning for the further development of the Rheine production site
• Responsible budget planning and control including investment, material, and personnel cost planning for the Project Planning department
• Preparation of decision templates for management

You are a curious pioneer spirit and possess a strong technical understanding through a technical degree. In addition, you bring:

• Many years of professional experience as a technical project manager in a production environment, ideally in the food environment
• Business administration knowledge in a technical project environment
• Several years of experience as a manager with an appreciative leadership style
• Knowledge of audit-proof technical project management
• Business fluent English in speaking and writing
• Independent, analytical, and goal-oriented way of working
• A friendly and convincing appearance with a high level of customer orientation
