Methods Technician M/F
Develop and manage production data (BOMs, routings)
Estimate manufacturing costs and times
Monitor industrialization and product launches
Provide transversal technical support between different departments
- Technical data management
Creation and configuration of items in the ERP (GPAO) Writing and updating operating routings and BOMs Updating manufacturing times (time studies)
- Studies and costing
Evaluation of production times Calculation of standard costs and CPI costing Cost analysis and optimization
- Industrialization monitoring
Management of the RCPPA process (deadlines, validation of first OF) Monitoring product launches (APQP) Monitoring of prototypes, samples, and first series
- Technical support and coordination
Assistance to departments: production, quality, BE, sales Support to operators and technical problem solving Communication with other sites, customers, and suppliers
- Continuous improvement and organization
Optimization of production flows, ergonomics, tooling Implementation of actions to reduce costs and improve quality Participation in transversal projects

Training and transfer of skills Compliance with safety, environment, and quality rules
Training Bac +2 to Bac +3 in methods, production management, or industrial engineering ? Experience Beginners accepted Up to 3 years of experience in a similar industrial environment
? Technical skills Use of GPAO / ERP software (ideally Dynamics AX) Reading and interpretation of technical drawings
Knowledge of:
- industrial processes

- work organization methods
Ability to:
-Write routings and BOMs -Perform costing and cost calculations -Define and update manufacturing times
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
