Tooling Industrialization Manager M/F

• Manage the Tooling Industrialization team and develop employee skills.
• Allocate, coordinate, and monitor tooling projects.

• Supervise the development of new tooling and compliance with defined standards.
• Lead design and realization projects for tooling in connection with suppliers.

• Evaluate industrial needs and production capacities for new products.
• Provide technical expertise to support and operational departments.

• Define tooling and manufacturing processes adapted to the products.
• Validate tooling, monitor their commissioning, and guarantee their performance.

• Analyze activity indicators, drive continuous improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop the tooling supplier panel.

• Higher education in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial environment.

• Proficiency in CAD/ERP tools and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of machining, mechanics, tooling, injection, and manufacturing processes.

• Skills in project management, costing, and profitability analysis.
• Mastery of safety, environment, and quality (ISO) regulations.

• Proven experience in team management.
• Reading and interpretation of technical drawings.

• Analytical, organizational, writing, and communication skills.
• Leadership, interpersonal skills, customer orientation, and a continuous improvement mindset.

• Fluent and technical English is essential.
