Planner (M/F)

Under the responsibility of the Supply Chain Director, the planner ensures the development, adjustment, and monitoring of the Sales and Operations Plan (S&OP), in order to contribute to the consistency between commercial demand, industrial capacities, and technical constraints.

They guarantee data reliability and the consistency of production plans to ensure industrial performance in the short and medium term.

They are the interface between production, sales and marketing departments, logistics, procurement, and R&D.

Main missions:

• Analyze sales forecasts and historical data.
• Implement the ERP, prepare and launch manufacturing orders within the defined framework and in compliance with cost, quality, and deadline constraints.
• Monitor the progress of manufacturing orders and contribute to the communication of customer deadlines.
• Identify and analyze variances between forecasts, capacities, and actual results.
• Ensure regular reporting and alert management of significant variances, risks, and difficulties impacting deadlines or performance.

Education and experience: Education level Bac +2/3 in production management or significant experience in an equivalent position. Initial experience in a similar position is desired.
