Your tasks

Lead design development, documentation, and contract administration while coordinating all design-related matters and supervising projects from concept to completion.

• Lead design development to produce clear architectural concepts and detailed documentation for projects
• Manage contract administration to ensure compliance and timely delivery of project milestones
• Coordinate all design-related matters across project phases to maintain design integrity and client requirements
• Supervise projects from inception and conceptualization through to completion, ensuring quality and adherence to schedules
• Consult with local authorities and manage e-submissions to secure necessary approvals efficiently
• Coordinate architectural drawings with interior design, civil & structural (C&S), and mechanical & electrical (M&E) services to ensure integrated project delivery
