Job Objectives & Key Responsibilities:
- Functional Support & Assistance (MA001)
- Ensure advanced understanding of clients’ business needs
- Collaborate with teams in drafting functional specifications
- Assist teams in interpreting and conceptualizing client-provided information
- Implementation Support (MA002)
- Ensure compliance of technical specifications with functional specifications
- Support development teams during coding of processes and business rules
- Contribute to functional testing campaigns to ensure developments meet client requirements
- Consulting & Knowledge Sharing (MA003)
- Monitor developments in payment-related areas (standards, regulations, legislation, etc.)
- Prepare and distribute documentation related to payment activities
- Provide training in functional areas within their expertise
