Psychology Executive (Government Sector)

📍 Location:  Irrawaddy Road 💰  Salary:  $3,800 – $4,800 per month 📄  Contract Position Job Responsibilities Develop and implement programmes and frameworks to support volunteer officers

Coordinate and facilitate volunteer activation processes

Manage recruitment, selection and panel interviews for volunteers

Facilitate onboarding of newly appointed volunteers

Organise engagement, cohesion and appreciation activities

Develop and enhance volunteer management frameworks

Support psychological first aid and morale management initiatives

Conduct regular reviews and enhancements of programme initiatives

Work closely with management to provide professional consultation

Support other victim care-related initiatives and departmental functions

Requirements Degree in  Psychology  required; good honours or higher preferred

Experience in psychology, counselling, social work or related behavioural sciences will be advantageous

Prior experience or familiarity with the Home Team environment will be advantageous

Good spoken and written English; proficiency in another language is advantageous

Comfortable working independently

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
