Procurement Executive| 1-Year Contract Location:  Singapore Employment Type:  1-Year Contract Working Hours:  Monday to Friday, Office Hours Salary:  $5,200 per month About the Role My client is seeking a  Procurement Executive  to support the end-to-end procurement process and contract administration for a large public sector organisation. You will work closely with the Assistant Director and internal stakeholders to ensure procurement activities are carried out efficiently, accurately and in compliance with established policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor contract status and provide support in contract administration

Review documentation for contract establishment, renewal and variation

Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and specifications

Support the evaluation and review of procurement specifications and evaluation reports

Assist in determining appropriate procurement modes and facilitating procurement activities

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of procurement processes

Prepare materials and documentation for quarterly contract review meetings

Draft meeting minutes and maintain proper contract documentation

Support internal and external audits by ensuring accurate and complete records

Monitor outstanding Purchase Orders and follow up with relevant stakeholders

Support payment performance monitoring and financial year-end closing activities

Perform other procurement and contract-related duties as required

Requirements Singapore Citizen

Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related discipline

Minimum  2 years of relevant experience  in procurement, contract management, purchasing or a related field

Experience in  public sector procurement  and contract administration will be an advantage

Familiarity with Government Instructions, procurement policies and procedures is preferred

Proficient in GeBIZ software.
