Responsibilities:
- Manage and facilitate key accounts for Temp/Contract roles
- Sourcing candidates through different recruitment channels
- Compliance to all recruitment guidelines
- Build a consistent talent pipeline
Requirements:
- Diploma and above
- Multi-tasker, proactive, resourceful, dynamic, resilient and is driven to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong drive to succeed in placement closure
- Attainment of CEI certification will be advantageous
