Job Description: Install, configure, and upgrade Microsoft SQL Server/MySQL/Oracle server software in Windows/Linux environments. Proactively monitor database performance and implement improvement measures. Manage database changes and provide status reports. Review database design for new projects. Implement and maintain database security (user roles, privileges, etc.). Respond to incidents and provide resolution for escalated issues. Handle general troubleshooting and advise development teams. Work as part of a team and provide 24/7 systems support. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Engineering or related field. 5+ years of experience in SQL Server (2012-2017) & Oracle (11g, 12c). Experience troubleshooting database performance issues. Familiarity with backups, recovery, indexing, and patching. Understanding of Linux/Windows servers and security delegation.
