Job Description:

Develop your skills within a human and dynamic team, contribute to exciting missions allowing for the prevention and control of risks—does that appeal to you?

Apave Exploitation France, and more specifically its testing laboratory, is looking for a PPE Production Monitoring Auditor - Modules C2 & D M/F in CDI!

Within the Grenoble (Fontaine) agency, the laboratory team plays a major role: enabling our clients (external/internal) to perform their jobs in complete safety and thus contributing to the development of the Apave Group at the heart of the territories.

Concretely, what will your daily life consist of?

Reporting to the Head of the PPE test and certification laboratory, you are the guarantor of the compliance of manufacturers' production in relation to certified samples. Your missions are organized around three axes BEFORE THE AUDIT:

  • Analyze service requests from manufacturers.
  • Calculate the price of the service based on the content of the mission to be planned, and order the quote.
  • Establish a tailor-made audit plan based on the manufacturer's profile (number of sites, number of PPE, previous audits). Organize the logistical aspects of the mission.

DURING THE AUDIT

  • Audit the Quality Management System.
  • Evaluate the control of industrial processes (raw materials, traceability, metrology, final controls) and support (Human Resources, Purchasing, Logistics). Verify the specific requirements for modules C2 and D where applicable.
  • Report any non-conformities and sensitive points.

AFTER THE AUDIT

  • Write audit reports according to the requirements of the EN 17065 standard.
  • Evaluate the relevance of the corrective action plans proposed by manufacturers.

You will also review your peers' reports and contribute to the update of the quality documentation that describes your profession (procedures, guides, templates, etc.).

Profile Description:

Let's talk about you. First, your background:

With higher scientific education (Bachelor's to Master's degree), you have a real appetite for quality, a field in which you have at least 3 years of experience. A very good level of English is required (B2-C1), as well as a taste for missions at industrial sites worldwide. Next, your skills and personal qualities:

You are recognized for your rigor, your analytical capacity, and your sense of observation. You enjoy autonomy in your missions but also have a strong team spirit to communicate with your colleagues.

Frequent international travel to be expected (up to 50%).
