SAP ECC HCM Payroll Analyst

We are looking for an experienced SAP ECC HCM Payroll Analyst to support payroll implementation, testing, integration, and stakeholder coordination activities across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and support SAP ECC Payroll processes and requirements.
• Participate in end-to-end SAP Payroll implementation projects.
• Manage country-specific payroll activities and provide regular status updates.
• Develop test scenarios, test scripts, and validation documents.
• Coordinate payroll-related issues, testing activities, and integrations.
• Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and global stakeholders.
• Act as the point of contact for payroll-related issues and coordinate resolution.
• Support payroll testing teams with functional expertise.
• Present progress updates during country and global status meetings.
• Support Time Management and Payroll integration processes.

Requirements

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP ECC HCM Payroll with experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Minimum 3–4 completed end-to-end SAP Payroll implementation projects .
• Strong understanding of payroll and Time Management integration processes.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and supporting payroll integrations.
• Ability to independently prepare test scenarios, test scripts, and validation documents.
• Experience managing country-specific payroll activities independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide clear progress updates to country and global stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder coordination skills.
