We are looking for an IT System Administrator (m/f/d) to strengthen our team in the crafts sector in Schrobenhausen, Bavaria. In this role, you are responsible for the administration and optimization of our IT systems as well as supporting our employees with technical challenges.

TASKS:

• operation of the central email infrastructure and ensuring secure email communication in the internal company network, the group network, and with external partners
• administration of the IT Service Management applications and adaptation of the ITSM processes to business requirements
• management and further development of script-based automation processes
• system administration of physical and virtual servers
• support in error analysis and troubleshooting of complex IT systems
• processing of alarms from the central monitoring systems for logical and physical servers
• supporting the team in ensuring stable operation of the responsible IT services
• cooperation and coordination with other departments and with external IT service providers
• processing of tasks in the lifecycle process of IT systems
• further development and maintenance of IT documentation

REQUIREMENTS:

• completed vocational training in the IT field, such as Fachinformatiker (m/f/d) or comparable qualification through subject-specific additional qualifications
• experience in the operation and administration of networked IT systems
• basic knowledge in various sub-areas of information technology, such as network technology, client/server architecture, datacenter infrastructure
• experience in the application and operation of ITSM solutions such as Jira
• analytical thinking skills, structured and independent way of working
• experience with script languages and in the automation of IT processes
• good English skills
• enthusiasm for continuous learning and working in a team
• commitment, flexibility, and a service-oriented mentality
• resilience and personal responsibility in time-critical and technically critical situations
