Information System Engineer

Responsibilities:

Designing and maintaining computer systems, networks, servers, and IT infrastructure.

Installing, configuring, upgrading, and troubleshooting hardware and software.

Monitoring system performance and resolving technical issues.

Implementing cybersecurity measures, access controls, and data protection procedures.

Managing system backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.

Supporting users and providing technical assistance and training.

Managing databases, applications, and system integrations where applicable.

Assessing existing systems and recommending improvements or upgrades.

Documenting IT processes, configurations, incidents, and system changes.

Working with vendors and service providers to maintain IT equipment and services.

Ensuring IT systems comply with organisational policies and relevant regulatory requirements.

Supporting the implementation of new information systems and technology projects.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of experience. A minimum of a degree in a related field.
