Job Description

While being stationed at an AnyMind Group overseas base, you will contribute to the business growth of Japanese clients expanding into various Asian countries through the proposal and execution of marketing solutions. You will be involved in the planning and execution of comprehensive marketing and EC measures, such as digital marketing, influencer marketing, and EC marketing.

*Current potential assignment locations are Ho Chi Minh (Vietnam), Delhi (India), Bangkok (Thailand), Jakarta (Indonesia), Taipei (Taiwan), and Seoul (South Korea).

Solution-based sales (new and existing clients) centered on the EC domain/digital marketing

Creation of proposal materials and presentations

Account management during the execution of marketing measures and campaigns

Report creation and analysis after the implementation of marketing measures and campaigns, reporting to clients, and proposing improvements

Briefing and direction to local teams (business divisions of local subsidiaries)

Client industries: Wide-ranging, including cosmetics, beverages, automobiles, electrical manufacturers, etc.

For those with management experience or aptitude, you will also be entrusted with people management duties.

Depending on ability, management of a scale of 2 to 10 members is expected, regardless of whether they are local or Japanese (over 80% of the entire department are Thai).

Application Requirements

【Mandatory Requirements】

Experience in proposal-based B2B sales or solution-based sales in the digital marketing/EC domain

Project management or progress management experience in the above or in the digital marketing/EC domain

Business-level English proficiency

Ability to respond flexibly to changes in organization or environment

【Preferred Requirements】

Practical experience in digital advertising operations or EC management

People management experience
