SENIOR GENERAL ACCOUNTANT / ACCOUNTING MANAGER (M/F)

ANVERGURE INTERIM & RECRUTEMENT, a temporary and permanent recruitment firm specializing in service sector professions, is seeking for one of its clients, an industry in the fishing sector, based in PARIS (75), a:

Your tasks

For a permanent contract (CDI) to be filled IMMEDIATELY**** Based at the headquarters in Paris, and under the responsibility of the DG, you will be in charge of:

• Entering all general and analytical accounting (customers, suppliers, treasury), account reconciliation, and preparation of supplier invoice payments
• Customer invoicing
• Bank reconciliations
• Entering and controlling intercos
• Managing master data, third parties (customers, suppliers, including employees), and creating accounting accounts
• Managing expense reports (NDF) in compliance with internal procedures and current compliance rules.
• Identification and management of fixed assets (monitoring the fixed asset register, calculating depreciation and impairment)
• Implementation and monitoring of the cash flow plan, ensuring that group / customer and supplier payments are received / made in a timely manner (implementation and monitoring of DSO/DPO)
• Relationship with banks
• Transmission and integration of payroll computer reports and payroll OD integration files
• Recording and justification of social debts
• Production of monthly/quarterly statements and annual accounts
• Closing and presentation of annual accounts in connection with chartered accountants and auditors, ensuring compliance with all current regulations
• Maintenance of legal accounting registers
• Annual CA12/CA3 declarations
• Preparation of declarations for the exchange of goods and services (DEB and DES)
• Management of income taxes and other current declarations and taxes
• Development of the company's global financial budget (dashboards and reporting)
• Ensuring liaison with external lawyers (tax, business) on legal requirements
• Performing active monitoring of legal, tax, and business aspects

Requirements

This list is not exhaustive With a minimum of a Bac +2 in accounting (BTS/DUT) or Bac +3 in accounting (licence pro / bachelor / DCG), you have a minimum of 7 years of experience in an equivalent position (sole accountant, general accountant, chief accountant). Ideally, initial experience in an accounting firm followed by experience in a company within structured and demanding groups would be ideal.

Experience in industry is a plus.

• Written and spoken English mandatory
• Experience working in an international environment
• Autonomous, reliable, versatile (ability to manage multiple tasks)
• Equipped with excellent accounting techniques

You demonstrate personal commitment, rigor, team spirit, and good interpersonal skills. Good mastery of the IT environment (MS Office (advanced Excel level), ERP...) and web tools Some travel to sites is to be expected (less than 5% of the time)
