📝 Job Description

• Oversee daily operations of 2 restaurant outlets.
• Manage and supervise restaurant staff.
• Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and food quality.
• Handle customer feedback and operational issues.
• Monitor sales, inventory, and daily operational performance.
• Train and evaluate staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards.
• Prepare regular operational reports for management.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B, restaurant, or related operations.
• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Outlet Manager, or Supervisor is preferred.
• Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple outlets and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, proactive, and customer-oriented.
• Willing to travel between West Jakarta and North Jakarta outlets.
