Store & Fleet Assistant

Due to expansion, we’re looking for experience Hybrid role of Store cum Fleet Assistant to support our daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and transportation activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Store & Warehouse Management
- Receive, inspect, label, and organize incoming goods and materials according to delivery orders and purchase records.
- Coordinate with suppliers on stock orders, delivery schedules, and order status.
- Prepare and consolidate order-related documents, including invoices, purchase orders (POs), and purchase requisitions (PRs), for submission and record-keeping.
- Perform picking, packing, sorting, and preparation of goods and equipment for delivery or dispatch.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update the inventory management system accordingly.
- Monitor and track stock movements, including items issued, returned, or loaned to employees or customers.
- Assist with regular stock counts, inventory checks, and stock reconciliation.
- Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the warehouse and storage areas.
- Fleet & Transportation Management
- Drive company-assigned vehicles to transport and deliver goods, equipment, and materials to designated locations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company vehicles, drivers, agreements, inspections, servicing schedules, availability, assignments, transfers, and returns, including temporarily unused vehicles.
- Conduct routine vehicle checks and monitor the general condition, cleanliness, fuel levels, and tire conditions of company vehicles.
- Arrange vehicle servicing, repairs, and inspections with workshops and leasing companies, and ensure scheduled maintenance is carried out as required.
- Coordinate vehicle handovers and returns, including checking vehicle condition and ensuring the required documents are complete and up to date.
- Assist company drivers with vehicle-related issues, including faults, accidents, and breakdowns, and arrange replacement vehicles when required.
- Ensure company vehicles are properly maintained, clean, and present a consistent and professional company image.
- General Operational Support
- Assist with general administrative duties, including document preparation, updating, filing, and record-keeping.
- Support warehouse, logistics, transportation, and other operational activities as assigned by the superior or management.
- Promptly report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, vehicle issues, accidents, breakdowns, and other operational concerns to the relevant superior or management.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a valid Singapore driving licence suitable for the assigned company vehicle.
- Preferably have prior experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or delivery services.
- Able to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading goods, subject to workplace safety requirements.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking, recordkeeping, and updating stock movements.
- Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
- Willing to perform a combination of warehouse duties and driving responsibilities.
- Fast learner and positive working attitude.
