Assistant General Insurance Executive

Responsibilities

1. Able to advise customers on marine cargo insurance matters.
2. Understand client's needs and conveying it across to the insurance companies.
3. Acting on behalf of directors to seek quotations for clients.
4. Negotiate with general insurers on behalf of the clients with regards to marine insurance.
5. To be responsible for the various accounts that you handle.
6. Reporting on the various situation for each and every cases.
7. Handling the claims situation on behalf of the clients.
8. To perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. Minimum to have a Diploma in any field
2. To have at least 1-2 years of working experience (Preferably insurance and Entry Level candidates are welcome to apply for consideration).
3. Will have advantage with have experience in deal with general insurance.
4. Knowledge of Excel / Word
5. Integrity and Reliability
6. Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
7. Have attention to detail and positive attitude with good communication skills.
8. This is NOT a sales role as we are looking out for someone to help manage the various accounts in the company.
