Our International activities:

• The teams of Antea Group's international division operate in the private sector, supporting large industrial groups in facing environmental and sustainable development issues abroad in several areas of activity (agri-food, automotive, oil, pharmaceutical industries).
• Internationally, Antea Group also supports ministries, implementing agencies, and funders (World Bank, AFD, MCC, KFW, .) in the implementation of their projects. • Faced with climate change, increasing tensions on water resources, and new corporate expectations regarding sustainability, water-related issues occupy a central place in adaptation and resilience strategies.
• Within the International Sustainability Services team, we support industrial and private clients in understanding their challenges, assessing their risks, and implementing sustainable solutions related to water management.

Job Objectives Within a multidisciplinary and international team, you will work on various issues related to water and sustainability. You will manage projects for industrial and private clients, from understanding their needs to coordinating the expertise necessary for the successful completion of missions.

Your role specifically consists of:

• Understanding the strategic, operational, and environmental challenges of our clients regarding water;
• Managing and coordinating multidisciplinary projects related to water resources;
• Developing and implementing Water Stewardship and climate resilience approaches;
• Identifying and mobilizing relevant technical expertise within Antea Group and/or from external partners;
• Coordinating the contributions of multidisciplinary teams;
• Ensuring the interface with clients and supporting them in defining adapted solutions;
• Contributing to business development and the construction of innovative offers;
• Participating in the team's influence and the development of new approaches around sustainable water management.

Beyond project management, you will hold a central role as a facilitator and unifier, capable of linking different disciplines and transforming complex issues into concrete solutions. Conditions for joining us You will work from France within our International division. The position will preferably be based in Montpellier (Pérols - 34) but could also be based in Aubagne (13) with occasional short-term international travel.
