Crowd Management Personnel (3 months’ contract)

⏰ Employment Type:  3 months' Contract (Dec 2026 – Feb 2027) 💵 Salary : $14/hour - $16/hour 🚨 Join Our Team as a Crowd Management Personnel! Looking for a dynamic, hands-on role where no two days are the same? Join our team and play a key role in keeping the event  safe, secure and running smoothly ! You’ll be on the ground managing access points, monitoring CCTV, conducting patrols and responding to incidents. You’ll also work closely with Front Office and Operations teams to ensure a safe and positive environment for everyone . Key Responsibilities Manning of static/access control points Screening and checking of all personnel bags entering and exiting the premises Attending to alarm activation CCTV Monitoring Responding to incidents such as unattended bags, etc. Maintaining records of all incidents Conduct regular foot patrols of interior areas, including back-of-house, guest floors, public areas, and perimeter. Partner with Front Office, Operation teams, and other departments to resolve safety risks and support smooth operations. Requirements Physically Fit to stand for long hours Calm and steadfast to gently resolve any disputes Min 1 year experience in a similar role .
