Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Supervisor and Foreman role based in Accra. The Supervisor and Foreman oversees daily construction activities, coordinates site crews, and ensures work is completed according to plans, specifications, and safety standards. Responsibilities include assigning tasks, monitoring productivity, inspecting work quality, and resolving on-site issues in collaboration with project managers and subcontractors. The role involves maintaining accurate site records, reporting progress, managing materials and equipment, and enforcing health and safety procedures. The Supervisor and Foreman also supports scheduling, attends site meetings, and communicates clearly with stakeholders to keep projects on track and within budget. Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience supervising construction sites, coordinating crews, and managing day-to-day field operations.
• Strong knowledge of building methods, construction materials, and site safety regulations, with the ability to enforce safe work practices.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications, and to translate them into clear instructions for site teams.
• Effective communication, leadership, and team management skills, including conflict resolution and performance feedback.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle scheduling, resource allocation, and progress reporting.
• Proficiency in basic construction documentation, such as site logs, incident reports, and daily progress summaries.
• Previous experience as a foreman, site supervisor, or comparable role in building or civil construction projects. am 14years experience with brick block laying, plastering, dressing, screding, concrete, curb laying, glass block laying and blueprint reading and am ready to relocate with Visa sponsorship
• Relevant technical or vocational training in construction, civil engineering, or a related field; formal certification is an asset.
