About the project
Join the team implementing strategic initiatives related to artificial intelligence in one of the largest organizations in the financial sector in Poland. We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Platform Engineer who will be responsible for the development and maintenance of a modern AI platform based on Microsoft Azure and will support the implementation of GenAI and Agentic AI solutions in a production environment.

Daily tasks
- Development and maintenance of the AI platform in the Microsoft Azure environment
- Building and developing services based on Azure AI Foundry
- Infrastructure automation using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
- Development of CI/CD processes and deployment automation
- Maintenance and development of Kubernetes (AKS) environments
- Implementation of monitoring, observability, and diagnostics solutions
- Integration of AI services using Azure API Management
- Support for the deployment of GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions
- Cooperation with architecture, cloud, security, and governance teams
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or DevOps Minimum 2 years of experience in AI/ML, GenAI, or AI platform projects Very good knowledge of Microsoft Azure Practical experience with Azure AI Foundry Experience with Azure API Management Very good knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) Practical knowledge of AKS and Docker Experience in building, maintaining, and monitoring AI/ML platforms Knowledge of Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and issues related to identity and access management Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment Communicative English language skills Readiness for hybrid work in Warsaw Nice to have Azure AI Search Azure Machine Learning Azure AI Foundry Agent Service RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) Model Context Protocol (MCP) Google Vertex AI AWS Bedrock Azure Cosmos DB FinOps AI Governance DORA, AI Act Microsoft Azure or Kubernetes certifications
