About the project:

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to support the development of systems used by the global CIB division in one of the largest financial institutions. We work on high-availability solutions used in banking and FX areas. We focus on quality, stability, automation, and a modern approach to software development. We implement the full application lifecycle — from analysis and implementation, through testing, to production support. Every team member has a real impact on product development.

Daily tasks

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining web applications based on React, Java, and HTML
  • Collaborating with Product Owners and the engineering team to define requirements
  • Creating functionalities supporting banking and FX products
  • Participating in CI/CD processes and DevOps practices
  • Analyzing and solving complex technical problems
  • Supporting production systems according to the "you build it, you run it" principle
  • Participating in code review, work planning, and technical discussions
  • Daily communication in English

Requirements

Very good knowledge of React, Java, and HTML

Solid software engineering fundamentals

Experience in an Agile / DevOps environment

Willingness to learn new technologies and languages

Analytical approach to design and problem-solving

Independence and responsibility for the assigned scope

Very good knowledge of English

Ability to work in a team and good communication skills

Nice to have:

Experience in financial or trading systems

Knowledge of FX or investment banking

Experience with microservices architecture

Knowledge of PostgreSQL and Linux

Ability to program in other languages (e.g., Kotlin, Clojure, Python, Rust, Haskell)

Must have: React, Java, HTML, DevOps
