DevOps Engineer (GCP)

📍 Location: Kraków, hybrid work – 2 days a week from the office 💰 Rate: 200–230 PLN/h (B2B)

Daily tasks

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure in the Google Cloud Platform cloud.
• Automating CI/CD processes and managing pipelines for applications in production and testing environments.
• Monitoring, optimizing, and ensuring high availability of systems.
• Implementing solutions in the area of security and compliance with best practices.
• Collaborating with development teams and architects to improve software delivery processes.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation and operational standards.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in a DevOps or similar role.

Very good knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Pub/Sub).

Experience working with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD).

Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).

Ability to perform monitoring and logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK).

Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash).

English language proficiency at a minimum of B2+ level (speaking and writing).
