SALES COORDINATOR
Technical Product Support – Provide customers and the sales team with accurate technical information about fresh meat, poultry, seafood, and other fresh products.
Customer Requirement Coordination – Understand and coordinate customer requirements for product specifications, cuts, grades, weight, packaging, origin, and delivery conditions.
Sales Order Coordination – Process and verify customer orders according to agreed specifications and delivery requirements.
Product Specification Management – Maintain updated product specifications, product codes, pack sizes, shelf life, storage requirements, and technical information.
Fresh & Meat Product Knowledge – Maintain strong knowledge of meat cuts, grades, chilled/frozen products, handling requirements, and product applications.
Quality Coordination – Coordinate with quality and operations teams to ensure products supplied meet agreed customer specifications.
Food Safety Documentation – Maintain and provide relevant food-safety documents, certificates, product specifications, and compliance records when required.
Traceability Support – Maintain records relating to batch numbers, production/packing dates, expiry dates, lot numbers, and product traceability.
Temperature & Cold-Chain Coordination – Monitor and coordinate requirements related to chilled and frozen product storage and transportation.
Customer Technical Queries – Respond to customer questions regarding product quality, specifications, storage, shelf life, preparation, and handling.
Product Complaint Investigation – Record customer complaints and coordinate investigations with quality, warehouse, purchasing, and suppliers.
Supplier Coordination – Liaise with suppliers regarding product specifications, quality issues, availability, certificates, and technical documentation.
Quotation Support – Assist the sales team in preparing quotations based on product specifications, pack sizes, customer requirements, and approved pricing.
Product Sampling – Coordinate product samples, trials, tastings, and customer evaluations for new or alternative products.
New Product Development Support – Support the introduction of new meat and fresh products based on customer and market requirements.
Inventory & Availability Coordination – Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to confirm product availability and communicate shortages or alternatives.
Technical Sales Support – Assist sales executives during customer meetings by providing product specifications and technical information.
Regulatory & Compliance Support – Maintain documentation required for applicable food-safety, import, supplier, and regulatory requirements.
Technical & Sales Reporting – Prepare reports covering customer requirements, product complaints, samples, new products, quality issues, and sales activities.
Cross-Department Coordination – Coordinate effectively with sales, quality assurance, purchasing, warehouse, logistics, suppliers, and management to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled
