Lead Generation – Generate new customer leads through cold calling, customer visits, networking, referrals, exhibitions, digital platforms, and industry contacts.
Customer Acquisition – Approach potential customers, understand their requirements, present products, and convert qualified prospects into active customers.
Market Research – Research market trends, customer demand, new business segments, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities.
HORECA Development – Develop business with hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, institutions, and other food-service customers.
Customer Visits – Conduct regular sales visits, product presentations, meetings, and business discussions with prospective and existing customers.
Product Presentation – Present fresh meat, chilled, frozen, seafood, and other F&B products according to customer requirements.
Quotation & Proposal Preparation – Prepare quotations, proposals, product offers, and commercial presentations in coordination with management.
Negotiation Support – Discuss pricing, quantities, specifications, delivery requirements, payment terms, and other commercial matters within company-approved limits.
Customer Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
Key Account Development – Identify opportunities to increase business with existing customers through additional products, increased volumes, and new requirements.
Sales Target Achievement – Work toward assigned sales, revenue, new-customer, and business-development targets.
Product & Market Expansion – Identify opportunities to introduce existing products into new customer segments and markets.
Customer Requirement Analysis – Understand customer requirements relating to meat cuts, grades, origin, packaging, quantity, quality, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Coordination with Internal Teams – Coordinate with sales, purchasing, QA, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to fulfil customer requirements.
Customer Feedback & Complaint Follow-Up – Collect customer feedback and coordinate with the relevant departments to resolve product or service issues.
Competitor Monitoring – Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, service offerings, and market activities and report relevant information to management.
Sales Pipeline Management – Maintain an updated record of prospects, leads, customer visits, quotations, negotiations, follow-ups, and expected business.
Business Development Reporting – Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering new leads, customer visits, quotations, new accounts, sales opportunities, and business results.
Management Support & Growth Planning – Provide management with market intelligence, customer feedback, potential business opportunities, and suggestions for expanding the company's customer base and revenue.
