Daily Operations Coordination – Coordinate and monitor day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
Purchase Order Management – Prepare, process, and track purchase orders for meat, fresh products, packaging, and supplies.
Supplier Coordination – Communicate with suppliers regarding prices, orders, delivery schedules, and product availability.
Customer Order Processing – Receive, verify, and process customer orders accurately and on time.
Inventory Management – Maintain accurate records of stock received, issued, transferred, and remaining.
Stock Reconciliation – Check physical stock against system records and report discrepancies.
Delivery Coordination – Coordinate daily delivery schedules with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers.
Documentation Control – Prepare and maintain invoices, delivery orders, purchase orders, quotations, and other documents.
Fresh Product Traceability – Maintain records of batch numbers, receiving dates, expiry dates, and product movements.
Food Safety Records – Maintain required hygiene, temperature, cold-chain, and food-safety documentation.
Warehouse Coordination – Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure correct receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch of products.
Supplier Invoice Checking – Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and delivery records before submission to finance.
Customer Service Support – Respond to customer enquiries and coordinate solutions for order, delivery, or product issues.
Sales Support – Assist the sales team with quotations, customer orders, pricing information, and sales documentation.
Wastage & Damage Monitoring – Record and report expired, damaged, rejected, or wasted products.
Daily & Monthly Reporting – Prepare operational reports covering sales, purchases, inventory, deliveries, and wastage.
Data Entry & Record Keeping – Ensure all operational information is entered accurately into Excel, ERP, or company systems.
Compliance & Audit Support – Maintain documents required for company audits, inspections, licenses, and regulatory compliance.
Interdepartmental Coordination – Coordinate effectively between management, purchasing, sales, warehouse, finance, production, and delivery teams.
Management Support – Provide accurate operational information and reports to management and assist with improving efficiency and reducing errors.
