Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Retail/ Wholesale (Aquarium & Pet Fish Supplies)
• Position Title: Retail Assistant
• Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
• Working Hours: 5.5 / 6 Days (10am – 8pm / 11am – 9pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Commission + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Your tasks

• Assist customers with product recommendations, live fish and plants handling.
• Handle cashier/ POS transactions.
• Maintain aquarium tanks, perform basic cleaning and water changes, and keep the store clean and organised.
• Receive, unpack, label, and replenish stock while maintaining proper product displays.
• Assist with handling newly arrived fish and aquatic livestock to ensure proper care.
• Pick, pack, and process online orders accurately.
• Conduct stock checks and assist with inventory management.

• Minimum GCE N-Level.
• Prior experience with retail, cashier, or customer service is an added advantage.
• Interest in aquariums or pets’ industry is preferred.
• Comfortable handling live fish, aquatic plants, fish food, and water.
• Friendly, punctual, and responsible.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays (weekend allowance provided).
