Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Interior Fit-Out Position Title: Project Manager Working Location: Toa Payoh Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 6.00pm; Sat, 9.00am – 1.00pm) Salary Package: Basic salary up to $6,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee project execution, monitor site progress, and ensure projects are completed on time. Manage overall project planning, cost control, and project activities. Work closely with project teams, operations teams, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and quality workmanship. Arrange submission of plans to relevant authorities for approval and coordinate inspections of building works. Coordinate layout plans, M&E plans, and visuals, prepare project schedules and quotations, and submit tenders to clients. Liaise with consultants on technical matters and coordinate site activities with subcontractors. Manage contractors to ensure work meets engineering drawings, applicable codes and standards, project schedules, and cost requirements. Prepare reports and monitor ongoing site activities.

APPLY NOW!!! Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Interior Design, or a related discipline. At least 5 years of relevant experience in interior design, construction, or project management. Strong leadership, time management, analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Able to work well in a team and lead project teams. Able to manage and coordinate diverse, multi-functional project teams.
